I. Shipping

  • Where are orders shipping from?
    Orders will ship from the US.

  • Will you ship internationally (non-US)?
    Yes, we will ship internationally, with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, and other listed countries [ here ] due to either COVID restrictions or other global events.

  • Will we receive tracking information?
    Yes, however, please note that some countries will only include partial tracking.

  • When do you expect to ship out orders?
    We expect to ship orders Fall to Winter 2024, and will post about any delays on our socials.

  • My address has changed since I made my order. How can I update it?
    1) Please contact us through any of our socials or email (all listed in the "About" page) with your name, order number, old address and the new one.

    2) Prior to sending out orders, we will post on our socials a "Change of Address" form
    • If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the buyer will have to pay shipping again to have it re-sent.

II. Cancellation / Refunds / Returns

  • Can I cancel my order?
    During Pre-Orders: Yes, up until 1 week of pre-orders close. Contact us and provide your name, order number, and date of purchase. Once located, we'll process your refund.

    After Pre-Orders: No

  • Can I return my bundle?
    No, as all sales are final.

  • I received my package, and there are damages to it. Can I get a replacement or refund?
    These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Depending on the situation, and depending on the leftover stock available, you may have the option of:
    1) Replace damaged items, and you pay the shipping cost to have it sent
    2) Be given a partial refund

III. Disclaimers

  • The current sale is for Pre-ordering the items. This means production of our goods will not begin until after the sale, and we know how much we need to produce. Because of this, please be aware that shipments will not occur until our production period.

  • All purchases are for personal use and enjoyment only. Buyers may not purchase and/or download any of our items for commercial use or redistribute them in any way.
  • VAT and Custom Fees may incur.
    We are not responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on the package.

  • We are not responsible if your package gets damaged during shipping, transit, and handling. Our Shipping Mod will do the best in their ability to package all items securely. In addition, they will keep an eye on the progress of every shipment through the tracking information, and notify the buyer if they notice anything off.

  • We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the buyer will have to pay shipping again to have it re-sent.
